She's finally here! Our family is so blessed to have another child. Avery is so sweet. She has dark hair in the back of her head and we haven't figured out who she looks like yet. We keep saying how small she looks. Our other kids were 9 and 10 lbs., so she really seems small. She cried for a long time moments after coming into this world. This made mom nervous. I thought oh great I already have a colicky baby. Now she is very content as long as she is held. The kids love her. Jaxon just keeps saying how cute she is and Brynn doesn't know quite what to think. She doesn't really pay to much attention to her. She just points at her at calls her baby. Avery had a little bit of jaundice and so she spent a lot of her time in the hospital under the lights. She also had a heart murmur and so they did an echo cardiogram and found a little hole in her heart. Mom and dad didn't take the news well, but after giving Avery a blessing we are a little bit more at peace with this. Next Friday we will take her up to Primary Children's and find out more about this. They did let us take her home, so it must have been somewhat ok. We will keep everyone posted about her. Grammy and Papa Beeson came to take care of Jaxon and Brynn. Grammy is staying a week and Papa left on Tuesday. It has been extremely helpful having mom around. She has meals already made for the next two weeks in the freezer. Our family is blessed to have her here! Thank you everyone for all your calls and prayers!
