My Uncle Leo passed away in June. He had cancer. First of all, I just have to say that I am grateful for generous friends. A couple of friends let us use there time share and house for the weekend. My parents, brother, bro. girlfriend, and nephew also went. It was nice that we could all stay together for the weekend. As soon as we arrived I headed off to the viewing with my parents while Russ took the kids to swim. The next morning, we got ready for the funeral. It was a bittersweet day. I loved being with all of my family, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Just wished it was under better circumstances. It was nice to hear all the great stories that I have not ever heard before about Uncle Leo. I will never forget the video that was put together. My grandma said on the video "I didn't like him." She really did end up liking Uncle Leo ok. I just couldn't stop laughing. I love how honest she is! After the funeral we took the kids swimming at this amazingly fun pool. The kids loved jumping off the rocks. The weather was perfect! Wish we could of stayed longer. The next day was Sunday. We stopped at a friends house to see his son get the priesthood. After we went to there house for dinner. It was so nice of them to think of inviting us. Then homeward bound! The kids did alright in the car. Except for Wyatt. He was ready to "Get Out", as he would put it.
